The topic of discussion pertains to the skills and training required in the Space Industry in Australia. The South Australian (SA) skills demand study, which was conducted recently, was the first of its kind to capture quantitative details on the SA space sector skills, both present and future. The presentation will elaborate on the skill challenges being faced by the space industry and the approaches being taken to meet the future industry skill demands. The panel of experts will provide their insights on the study and discuss the approaches to building skills in a complex industry area.
