Major infrastructure projects are challenging in their own unique ways and understanding the challenges you may face and the ability to overcome them are critical to the success and delivery of any projects regardless of scale.

All projects will have an engineering elements throughout, however there are many skills you will learn only from life and on the job experiences that extend beyond your tertiary education. Ashley will share his knowledge, expertise and experiences on various projects and the opportunities that collaboration can provide.

In lieu of a focus on technical excellence, which is very important, we will look at ways you work with people and understand their personal and professional needs and how these will be key to achieve the results for yourself and by association the project’s success. Your tactics will vary greatly from a private development project, versus a project for state or councils.
