Asking for a friend Series 1 Driving performance from home

The College of Leadership and Management invites you to a panel discussion and Q&A session on ‘Driving performance from home’. As engineering practitioners, we are at our best when we collaborate and use our collective expertise. This is the purpose of the ‘Asking for a friend’ leadership series. These events are an opportunity to hear from and engage with a group of experienced engineering executives who put in the hard yards to develop their own management and leadership toolkit.
The first iteration of this series is about ‘Driving performance from home’, a very topical discussion in the current covid situation. New research from Roy Morgan shows over 4.3 million people (32% of working Australians) have been ‘working from home’ (WFH) during the last few months. Driving the performance of your team members in this situation is something many managers and leaders find challenging.?
